Returns and Refund Policy

At Anura Costa Rica, we are committed to providing unique, nature-aligned experiences. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. For this reason, we have established a refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction and security.

Refunds for Cancellations

1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: We offer a full refund of the total amount paid. If the booking was made via credit or debit card through Bac San José, a 5% processing fee will be deducted to cover bank operating costs.
2. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the activity: The customer will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: These are non-refundable. This policy also applies to «No Shows» (no notification of absence).

 

How to Request a Refund

To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team via email at info@anuracostarica.com or WhatsApp at (+506) 8507-3661. Include your reservation details and the reason for cancellation to facilitate the process.

Reservation Changes

Customers may modify their booking at no additional charge if they notify us more than 24 hours in advance. For changes between 24 and 4 hours before the tour, an administrative fee of $20 USD will apply. Modifications are not accepted less than 4 hours before the start of the activity.
